About cabinet refacing

Refacing keeps your existing cabinet boxes and replaces the visible parts: door and drawer fronts, plus a new veneer or laminate on the frames. It is a great fit when the layout works and the boxes are sound, but the style is dated or worn.

Because there is no demolition, refacing is faster and less messy than replacement, and it usually costs noticeably less. It does not change the layout, but it can be combined with new countertops and hardware for a fresh kitchen.
